Mrs. Frick's 2nd Grade
Student Safety
The safety of our students is our first priority at Stanfield School. In assessing our current safety needs and to ensure all students and staff are safe while at school, all visitors, including parents, must come to the office when they arrive. No one should go to any other area in the school for entrance. All parents may drop off any supplies, lunchboxes, notes or other items in the office. We will get those items to your child.
Parents will not be allowed to walk students or items to classrooms. Teachers must supervise students and begin the day without interruption. Thank you, in advance, for your attention to this request.
If you have a scheduled conference or meeting, please sign in at the office and wear your visitor sticker at all times while on campus. All staff members will be addressing any visitor that is not wearing a sticker and ask them to report to the office.
Students are dismissed at 3:40.If your child is a car rider, please pick them up after the second bell rings. The first bell is to release bus riders to the bus parking lot. If you walk in to get your child, please do not go past the double doors in the entry area. A staff member will call for your child if you tell them at the door. Grade level teachers will be on duty to watch each student leave with a custodial parent/guardian. This is another way to keep our students safe.
Thank you for your attention to these requests that provide our students and staff with a more secure school environment. If you have any questions, please call the school office at 704-961-5800.
